How It Works

After completing your purchase, the gift card will be issued electronically and sent to the nominated email address.

For professional installation services or products requiring vehicle compatibility confirmation, the recipient should contact LMNT before placing their order.

The gift card balance will be applied to the eligible purchase total.

Using the Gift Card

Using More Than One Gift Card

Where supported by the checkout system, multiple gift cards may be used toward a single eligible purchase.

If the purchase total is higher than the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an accepted payment method.

If the purchase total is lower than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay available on the gift card for future eligible purchases.

Delivery

Gift cards are delivered electronically to the nominated email address.

Please confirm that the recipient’s email address is entered correctly before completing the purchase.

Delivery may not be immediate if the transaction requires payment verification or manual review.

LMNT is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect email address supplied during checkout.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded or transferred to a bank account except where required by law.

LMNT is not responsible for lost, deleted, stolen or unauthorised gift card codes after delivery. Please keep the redemption code secure.

Gift cards do not guarantee the availability of a specific product, service, installation date or vehicle pattern.

Any remaining balance stays attached to the original gift card code and may be used toward future eligible purchases until the balance is exhausted or the gift card expires.

Standard LMNT product, service, booking, installation and refund conditions continue to apply to purchases made using a gift card.
